1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Haxantech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Haxantech provides custom AI development services including but not limited to:

• AI chatbot and conversational AI development
• Large Language Model (LLM) integration and fine-tuning
• Machine learning solutions and predictive analytics
• AI agent systems and automation
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) services
• MLOps and AI infrastructure consulting

All services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Haxantech and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, custom deliverables developed specifically for clients are transferred to the client as specified in the respective agreement.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use our services for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our solutions
• Transmit any malicious software or harmful code

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Haxantech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit with milestone-based payments. Late payments may incur service suspension and interest charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
