Setup Required — 2 Steps

To track real visitor IPs, create two Vercel environment variables in your project dashboard:

ANALYTICS_GITHUB_TOKEN — a GitHub PAT with gist scope ANALYTICS_GIST_ID — the ID of an empty secret GitHub Gist you create

Once set, visitor data will accumulate automatically. IPs are hashed (anonymised) for privacy.
